Lillian Milstead

With more than 25 years in the Health & Benefits Industry, Lillian Milstead is highly regarded for her knowledge and professionalism. She holds a license in Property and Casualty and is also certified as a Chartered Benefit Consultant with the National Association of Alternative Benefit Consultants. In 2015, she was awarded by the annual Star Recognition Program for “Living the Service Mission.”

Focusing on mid-size and large group businesses, Lillian has built longstanding relationships with carrier representatives and developed a track record for negotiating with carriers for the best possible prices and plans. Lillian’s clients know that their best interests are always her top priority. 

Lillian graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing. Where to find her in her free time? On the fairway or the water. Lillian is an avid golfer and boater who loves living with her rescue dog, Elle, in Annapolis, Maryland.
