Christina Francino

Tina joined Blue Harbor Benefits in 2021 after spending over 25 years working in the Human Resources field. As an HR professional, she has worked in the benefits arena throughout her entire career. Tina strives for perfection and is focused on problem solving and providing excellent customer service.

Tina earned her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Human Resources Management at Wilmington University in Delaware.

Originally from the Philadelphia area, Tina has lived in Carroll County, Maryland with her husband since 2002. They have twin daughters who just started college, one at Salisbury, and one at Coastal Carolina. The family loves to vacation at the beach, any beach!
