Life insurance will pay a cash benefit to your beneficiary in the event that the insured
passes. The Life and AD&D is offered through Lincoln National.

Short Term Disability

Short-term disability (STD) is coverage that pays a percentage of an employee’s salary
when they are not able to work as a result of injury or illness. The Short Term
Disability is offered through Lincoln National.

» Up to 26 weeks of maximum benefit
» 60% of salary to a maximum benefit not to exceed
